Forest Registrations for 2010/11 SeasonRegistrations for the 2010/11 Season are now open! We will be updating the website shortly with forms and we will be at Forestville shops on Saturday, 31 July and Saturday, 7 August from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. See you there!Forest cricketer wins Rep player of the year award!Alex Bain, our star Forest cricket rep player was awarded the Rep player of the 2009/10 season award at the recently held MWJCA presentation evening. Forest Cricket was privileged to have super fast RTA Speedblitz Blues bowler, Josh Hazelwood attending our annual Presentation day on 8 May 2010. Click here for more photos.MWJCA Rep Squads announcedA huge congratulations to all the Forest cricketers who have been included in the MWJCA rep squads for 2010/11. We are very proud to have the most Forest cricketers in recent history included - with 4 of our cricketers in the u11 squad (Oscar Dumas, Nick Osborne, Matt Ledbury and Jadon Wilson), 4 in the u12 squad (Rik Bhatty, Yavar Bates, Alex Bain and Lachlan Kerr) as well as representatives in the u13 and 16 squads. These squads don't necessarily mean that our players will be in final rep teams but it is most certainly a step in the right direction and we congratulate all the players for all their hard work this season. and Cameron Merchant who both started their cricket careers in the same
team with Forest District Cricket in the early 1990's as primary school
boys from Killarney Heights Primary School are now playing top class cricket in New Zealand. Cameron has this year
secured a first class contract with the New Zealand Wellington
Firebirds. Mark had a contract with the same team last year. Both have
played a number of first class cricket games in NZ and hopefully they
